The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented professional with 2-5 years of hands-on experience in investor relations or a related financial role within a listed Indian company. You will play a critical role in shaping our communication with the investment community, ensuring the accurate and compelling presentation of our financial story and strategic position.Key Responsibilities:Support the end-to-end quarterly earnings process, including the preparation of presentations, press releases, and supplementary materials.Draft, compile and update key investor communications, including investor decks, factsheets, the annual report and website content.Collaborate with Finance and other business teams to prepare monthly performance reports and ensure consistency of metrics.Conduct daily monitoring and analysis of the company’s stock performance, trading activity and peer/industry trends.Analyse financial results, operational variances and sell-side research to generate actionable insights for senior management.Synthesise market data, investor feedback and industry developments to inform and refine IR messaging and strategy.Collaborate on cross-functional strategic projects to drive process improvements and support reporting automation initiatives.Research market trends and prepare regular summaries and briefing materials for senior management.Key Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field. An MBA or CFA is a plus.2-5 years of direct experience in an investor relations, equity research, or financial reporting role within a listed company environment.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a proven ability to craft clear, compelling narratives for a financial audience.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.Highly motivated self-starter with a strong work ethic, meticulous attention to detail and a proactive mindset.High proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint.
