We at International Certification Services Pvt. Ltd. are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our HR team as a Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter).

JOB Location: Kalina, Santacruz (E), Mumbai.

The Talent Acquisition Executive (Recruiter) will play a vital role in supporting the HR department in recruitment cycle and HR operations.

**Responsibilities**:
1. Assist in recruitment and on boarding processes:

- Assist in preparing offer letters, employment contracts, and new hire documentation.
- Facilitate the on boarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth transition.

2. Maintain employee records and HRIS:

- Update and maintain employee information in the HRIS (Human Resources Information System).
- Ensure accuracy and confidentiality of employee records and files.
- Assist in generating HR reports and data analysis as required.

3. Support HR operations:

- Assist in organising HR-related events, meetings, and training programs.
- Help with the administration of employee benefits and leave management.
- Assist in performance management processes, including tracking performance reviews and providing necessary support.

4. Provide general HR support:

- Respond to employee queries and provide assistance on HR policies and procedures.
- Assist in maintaining and updating HR policies, employee handbook, and other HR-related documents.
- Support the implementation of HR initiatives and projects.

Qualifications and Skills:
Any Bachelor's degree.

0-1 Years of Experience

Basic understanding of HR Recruitment Cycle.

Strong organisational and time management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively.

Prior experience or internships in HR will be an added advantage.
