**Designation: Talent Acquisition Executive**

**Location : Marol, Mumbai**

**Reporting to : Talent Acquisition Manager**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Devising sourcing strategies to attract top talent
- Build and cultivate relationships across all levels and business areas.
- Manage the data associated with the recruitment process
- Build strong relationships with internal clients while partnering with the HR team.
- Handling all mid to senior level profiles.

**Requirement**:

- Should be well versed with all recruiting platforms (portals especially well versed with LinkedIn, networking sites, social media
- Excellent with Excel knowledge
- MBA in HR (Part time / Executive/Full time)
- Preferably Retail industry
- Minimum2 to 3 years Experience

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
