Purpose of the role:
To ensure every team member at OML feels engaged, heard and valued. To build an inclusive organization by fostering an environment that is fair, inclusive and supports one another.

What you will do:

- Build networks of great potential hires, attract key talent and hire culturally fit people by managing the talent acquisition process end to end. You will help hiring managers build teams, by understanding the current gaps within the team.
- Help new team members settle in and exiting team members transition out smoothly.
- Gather feedback at every stage of team members’ lifecycle and present recommendations based on findings.
- Routinely investigate people trends and benchmark best practices.
- Strive to build meaningful relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.

Who you are:

- You love talking to people, you have excellent interpersonal and communication skills. You’re great with negotiations. You can be assertive when needed.
- You are proficient with Microsoft Office and G-suite apps.
- You have excellent time management skills & the ability to multitask.
- You are a self starter and are accountable for your work.

What you have done already:

- You have a bachelor's human resources degree.
- You have 1 year of relevant experience.
- You have hired and built teams.
- You have experience managing the entire employee lifecycle.
