We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager (or Senior BDM, depending on experience) to spearhead our growth efforts. This role is pivotal in driving revenue through strategic lead generation, client relationship management, and identifying new market opportunities. Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, competitive insights, and business opportunities
  • Generate high-quality leads through networking, outbound outreach (cold calling/emails), and digital platforms
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Develop and present tailored proposals and pitch decks to convert prospects into clients
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to ensure alignment on growth strategies and smooth client onboarding
  • Gather and share market feedback to continuously enhance offerings and value propositions

Skills & Attributes

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
  • Proven experience in sales or business development (real estate, B2B, or B2C experience is a plus)
  • Proficiency with CRM tools, sales tracking, and reporting
  • Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage clients and internal teams effectively
  • Agile and adaptable in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree required; MBA preferred
  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in a sales or business development role
