Key Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales team and drive individual and team sales performance. The ideal candidate will have at least 8 years of experience in sales, including 4 years in staff augmentation or IT staffing.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, email campaigns, and other lead-generation strategies.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular check-ins, feedback sessions, and timely resolution of issues to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborating with the team to design and execute strategies to meet sales targets and enhance the company's market presence in the staffing industry.
  • Managing a portfolio of clients, understanding their staffing requirements, and offering customized solutions to meet their needs.
