**Job Description**

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to fill the following roles:

  • Retail Sales Head: 8+ years of experience in showroom/store management, preferably in luxury goods or furniture.
  • Institutional Sales Head: 10+ years of experience in corporate/B2B sales, preferably in furniture or interiors.
  • Residential Sales Head: 8+ years of experience in luxury sales, targeting high-net-worth individuals (HNIs) and interior designers.
  • Export Sales Head: 10+ years of experience in international sales/export management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the furniture industry, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients.

**Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with Alankaram's growth goals.
  • Monitor and analyze market trends, competition, and client preferences.
  • Drive upselling opportunities for rugs, lights, mattresses, and accessories alongside furniture.
  • Build and lead a high-performing sales team for each vertical.
  • Ensure 100% compliance with CRM (Leadsquared) and reporting systems.

**Key Objectives and Results (OKRs)**

  • Objective 1: Achieve and surpass sales targets.
  • Objective 2: Build strong client relationships.
  • Objective 3: Streamline operations and team performance.

**Performance Metrics**

  • Revenue: Monthly and annual revenue achievement per vertical.
  • Client Acquisition: Number of new clients/projects onboarded.
  • Operational Efficiency: Compliance with SOPs and TATs for approvals and deliveries.
  • Team Performance: Individual and collective target achievements.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • MBA in Sales/Marketing or equivalent.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and client relationship skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and data-driven decision-making.

**Salary and Benefits**

Competitive salary with performance-based incentives: ₹20-40 lakhs per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
