IT Sales Professional

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive to drive inside sales initiatives for our IT services. The BDE/BDM will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing prospects, and closing deals through effective communication and relationship-building.
The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of IT services, excellent sales skills, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
About the RoleThis is a full-time, permanent position in our Sales & Business Development team, where you will play a key role in driving business growth targets for IT services and Staff Augmentation.
Main Responsibilities- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve business growth targets for IT services and Staff Augmentation.
- Identify and prospect potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and networking.
- Qualify leads and conduct in-depth needs analysis to understand client requirements and pain points.
- Present and demonstrate our capabilities to clients, showcasing the value proposition and addressing any concerns or objections.
- Work with Onsite directors and setup and meeting with client managers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, acting as a trusted advisor and providing excellent customer service.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand service capabilities, tailor solutions to meet client needs, and develop compelling proposals and quotes.
- Negotiate contract terms and pricing to ensure win-win agreements for the company and clients.
- Track sales activities, maintain accurate sales pipelines, and provide regular reports on sales performance and forecasts.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Proven experience in inside sales, business development, IT Services and staff Augmentation (Domestic).
- Good Knowledge of IT services, including software development, cloud computing, cybersecurity, or related areas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to sales.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
