Chemical Sales Professional

The Opportunity:
As a Chemical Sales Professional at Avantor, you will be responsible for selling to key accounts and new channel partners/distributors, as well as cross/up/sales to existing channel partners/distributors. Your goal will be to maintain existing relationships with organizations distributing products, services, and/or solutions, and deliver product demonstrations, sales bids, and presentations to channel partners/distributors.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a territory plan to achieve revenue targets and control expenses.
- Work with channel partners to drive specific opportunities.
- Establish high-level customer and distributor relationships/intimacy by way of technical and business skills/competencies and situational fluency.
- Understand current customer processes and applications and communicate customer technology product requirements to internal stakeholders.
- Utilize a variety of communication and engagement methodologies, including quarterly business reviews, executive meetings, and technical collaborations.
- Demonstrate effective employee relationships built on trust, teamwork, and accountability.
- Perform other duties as assigned with or without accommodation.
