Sales and Partnership Development Professional

About the Role:
Razorpay is seeking a skilled Sales and Partnership Development Professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating a sales pipeline to convert market customers to capital products.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all new Razorpay clients coming through various inbound lead sources.
- Clearly understand client requirements over the phone/email and propose suitable solutions using Razorpay products and services.
- Cultivate strong relationships with existing channel partners to drive ongoing sales and support.
- Collaborate with channel partners to develop sales strategies, marketing campaigns, and promotional activities to drive product awareness and demand.
- Cultivate long-term relationships with partners to drive mutual success.
- Use sales tools effectively and drive maximum efficiency.
- Perform platform/solution-based sales for all new prospects.
- Work with other cross-functional teams as required.
About You:
- You have 3+ years of sales experience in SaaS or B2B setups, preferably in banking/SAAS/fintech/corporate or retail card industries.
- You have proven experience in business development, partnership management, or related roles.
- You possess strong understanding of partnership dynamics and ability to negotiate complex agreements.
- You are an excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills, able to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- You are a strategic thinker with ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
- You are highly organized with strong project management skills and ability to multitask effectively.
- You are proficient in Salesforce CRM software and other relevant business tools.
- You thrive in fast-paced, dynamic environments and adapt to changing priorities.
