We are seeking a results-driven Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Kickstart FC, a premier sports academy in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through academy registrations, ground bookings, school partnerships, and organizing multi-level tournaments.
Key Responsibilities- Revenue Generation:
- Meet and exceed sales targets across various verticals:
- Academy Registrations: Increase academy convert leads into enrolments for football training programs.
- Ground Bookings: Maximize utilization of our football facilities by promoting rentals to local communities and organizations.
- Pay-and-Play: Expand the pay-and-play model for individual and group players.
- School Partnerships: Build and nurture partnerships with schools for football programs, camps, and leagues.
- Meet and exceed sales targets across various verticals:
- Event Management and Execution:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tournaments and events, including:
- Apartment-Level Tournaments: Engage residential communities by hosting football competitions tailored to their demographics.
- Interschool Tournaments: Strengthen ties with schools through well-organized competitive events.
- Inter-Academy Tournaments: Foster collaboration and competition among football academies in the region.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute tournaments and events, including:
- Sales Strategy & Planning:
- Develop sales strategies to ensure the successful promotion of services and events.
- Monitor and analyze sales trends and customer feedback to refine offerings.
- Identify new revenue opportunities and potential markets for growth.
- Brand Building and Relationship Management:
- Represent the Kickstart brand at community events, exhibitions, and meetings.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing customers, school administrators, and apartment associations.
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Kickstart-Tottenham Hotspur Partnership:
- Emphasize the exclusive partnership with Tottenham Hotspur.
- Promote this partnership to schools and communities, highlighting benefits like:
- Global Exposure: Opportunity for children to visit Tottenham's facilities in London.
- Elite Training Programs: Align academy training with Tottenham's professional methods.
- Aspirational Goals: Inspire children and parents by providing access to international football experiences.
