Job Overview

As a Senior Sales Leadership Professional at Address Advisors, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction within our Residential Real Estate division.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Recruit, hire, and onboard high-performing sales teams, provide ongoing training and coaching to develop their skills and knowledge, set clear performance goals, and track progress regularly, motivate and inspire the team to achieve sales targets.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management: Identify and cultivate relationships with high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients, understand client needs and preferences to offer tailored solutions.
  • Property Acquisition and Sales: Source and evaluate residential properties that meet client requirements, conduct property site visits and due diligence, negotiate competitive deals with property owners and developers.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy: Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities, develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives, analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and optimize performance.

Requirements:

  • MBA with specialization in Marketing, Real Estate, or related field, 2+ years of experience in residential real estate sales preferably in Bangalore.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong negotiation and closing skills, proficiency in MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, a valid real estate license if required by local regulations.

Estimated Salary: ₹1000000 - ₹2000000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications. We offer a competitive salary package that reflects your hard work and dedication.
