Drive Revenue Growth and Scale Businesses

We are seeking an experienced Sales Leadership Director to drive significant revenue growth, scale strategic business units, and manage a large team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in telemarketing, digital marketing, and scaling businesses across multiple verticals.

The role will involve:

  • Exceeding annual revenue targets of ₹50 crores through identifying and capitalizing on growth opportunities within strategic business categories.
  • Overseeing and guiding sales managers across multiple units to ensure alignment with business objectives and driving performance.
  • Managing a team size of 100+ employees, fostering a high-performance culture, and ensuring the execution of key business initiatives.
  • Leading transformation projects aimed at unlocking the next phase of growth, focusing on high-impact outcomes.
  • Collaborating directly with senior leadership to address key challenges and deliver solutions across multiple business lines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of telemarketing and digital marketing strategies, critical thinking skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and 7-10 years of experience managing large sales teams across multiple verticals.
