Associate Director of Sales Leadership

We are looking for a seasoned Associate Director of Sales to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, leading a high-performing sales team, and driving business objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
- Competitive Salary: ₹15,00,000 - ₹25,00,000 per annum (estimated), depending on experience and qualifications.
