Job Description:

Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.

Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to drive revenue growth, expand market share, and achieve business objectives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders, understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: 6+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in a leadership role managing a sales team.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strategic Thinking: Excellent strategic and analytical skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and plans.
