**Job Requirements**
We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Sales who can lead our sales efforts and expand our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and marketing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
**Responsibilities:**
- Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Leading a team of sales professionals and providing guidance and support
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
**Requirements:**
- MBA with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in Sales
- Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
