**Job Requirements**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Manager - Sales who can lead our sales efforts and expand our B2B client base. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, leadership, and marketing, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Leading a team of sales professionals and providing guidance and support
  • Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth

**Requirements:**

  • MBA with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2+ years of proven success in Sales
  • Strong leadership skills, with experience in leading and motivating sales teams
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and influence at all levels
