Job Summary:
The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team, achieving sales targets, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining customer relationships, and analyzing market trends to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires strong leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives
- Lead and manage high-performing sales teams to drive revenue growth
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead of the competition
Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field
- Proven track record of success in driving sales growth and improving profitability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Compensation Package:
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹30 lakhs - ₹50 lakhs per annum, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package that includes health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
