About the Job

We are seeking a seasoned Inside Sales Manager to lead our Inside Sales team. In this position, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, partnering with external agencies to drive leads, and fostering collaboration across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement effective sales strategies to boost sales performance and enhance customer engagement.
  • Demonstrate a deep understanding of the sales process, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
  • Analyze sales data and reports to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Utilize CRM systems and sales methodologies to optimize the sales funnel.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal teams, partners, and customers through coaching, training, and mentoring.
  • Foster a collaborative and high-energy team environment focused on driving sales growth.
  • Collaborate with marketing, solutions, and other functions to ensure alignment and support broader business objectives.
  • Precisely forecast sales performance, ensuring accurate tracking and management of governance processes.
  • Develop a strategic mindset to align individual sales efforts with the organization's overall goals and identify opportunities for growth within the assigned territory or market segment.
  • Stay adaptable in response to changing market conditions, customer needs, and new technologies.
  • Evaluate adherence to sales, finance, and legal policies and procedures.
  • Support the marketing team as needed and collaborate to drive results.

Qualifications and Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum 7-10 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in B2B technology services.
  • A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth.
  • A solid understanding of the sales process and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership, collaboration, coaching, influencing, and communication skills.
  • The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with team members, partners, customers, and colleagues.
  • Effective research methodologies to gather data on customer personas and profiles.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
  • Data-driven decision-making skills with a strong grasp of sales metrics.

About You
