Sales Growth Specialist

**About the Role:**
We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Sales Growth Specialist to develop and implement innovative sales strategies that drive growth and meet organizational objectives. This role requires collaboration with sales teams, leadership, and other departments to optimize sales processes, identify market opportunities, and drive revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will analyze sales data, market trends, and customer behavior to recommend and execute strategic initiatives that improve sales performance and enhance customer acquisition. A successful Sales Growth Specialist must be able to design, develop, and implement data-driven sales strategies that align with company goals and drive sales performance.
**Responsibilities:**
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement scalable and adaptable sales strategies that drive revenue growth and market share.
- Market Research & Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends, potential markets, and business opportunities.
- Sales Forecasting & Planning: Collaborate with senior leadership and sales teams to set sales goals, forecast revenue, and create actionable sales plans.
- Sales Process Optimization: Evaluate and streamline sales processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
**Requirements:**
- At least 4-7 years of experience in sales strategy, sales operations, or a similar role.
- Experience in B2B sales is preferred.
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is required.
**Salary:** $80,000 - $120,000 per year.
