As a Sales Growth Specialist with Amazon, you will drive business expansion through strategic partnerships in the Indian market.

About the Role

This is a dynamic e-commerce environment where you'll cultivate relationships with sellers and partners, analyze data to inform decisions, and work cross-functionally to achieve business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect, qualify, and close agreements with potential partners, communicating compelling value propositions
  • Develop and manage processes to integrate partner programs into Amazon's business ecosystem
  • Create and implement strategic account plans to drive partner success and business growth
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve program goals and improve partner performance
  • Analyze data, track metrics, and report on business growth and key performance indicators
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • At least 2 years of sales experience
  • Experience analyzing data and identifying performance drivers
  • Strong communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple priorities
Preferred Qualifications

Candidates with experience meeting revenue targets and quotas, familiarity with e-commerce industry trends and practices, and a track record of success in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment are preferred.

Salary Estimate

The estimated annual salary for this role is ₹1,200,000 - ₹1,800,000 based on national averages and industry standards.
