Inside Sales Leadership Role

As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will play a crucial role in achieving this vision by leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Your primary responsibilities will include developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, monitoring team performance, and providing regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement. You will also be responsible for analyzing sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.
We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual who is keen to work in Inside Sales Relationship Management. As a Team Lead, you will own the complete customer portfolio and be responsible for the end-to-end customer acquisition and portfolio management process. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, with proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the BFSI sector.
