We're seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead based in Bengaluru to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership and a Master's degree in Business or a related field.
Job Description:
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
