We're seeking an Inside Sales Team Lead based in Bengaluru to lead our sales team. The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership and a Master's degree in Business or a related field.

Job Description:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to boost revenue
  • Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
  • Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance team skills
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify growth opportunities
