Job Description

As an Inside Sales Team Lead, you will own the complete customer portfolio and be responsible for the end-to-end customer acquisition and portfolio management process. You will lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. You should also have proven experience in a sales leadership role, preferably within the BFSI sector. You should possess strong leadership and team management skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to analyze sales data and market trends.

Bengaluru Office Location

Our office is located in Bellandur, Bengaluru. We are looking for highly ambitious and energetic individuals keen to work in Inside Sales Relationship Management.

Estimated Salary: ₹8,00,000 - ₹10,00,000 per annum

  1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
  2. Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
  3. Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching to ensure continuous improvement
  4. Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions to enhance the team's skills and knowledge
  5. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
  6. Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures
  7. Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner
  8. Prepare and present regular sales reports to senior management
  9. Foster a positive and collaborative team
