Finnable - Sales Team Manager

At Finnable, we're revolutionizing the lending industry in India by making easy and fast credit available to all salaried employees. We aim to disburse loans within 5 minutes of a borrower applying for it.
We're hiring an Inside Sales Team Lead based in our Bengaluru office, offering a competitive salary of ₹20 lakhs per annum. This is not a typical sales job where you're tracked on sales numbers alone. You'll own the complete customer portfolio and be responsible for end-to-end customer acquisition and portfolio management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue
- Monitor team performance and provide regular feedback and coaching
- Conduct regular sales meetings and training sessions
- Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership
- Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
