We are looking for a Sales Manager with an outgoing personality who can motivate others to meet sales goals in a sales environment and drive required target figures.
Key Responsibilities- Coaching
- Assist team members to reach their full sales potential as a main objective. Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring success within their deals.
- Revisit targets on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, and figure out challenges and mitigate them to ensure we hit the target.
- Ensure sales associates' motivation and performance.
- Train sales personnel to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make sales on a regular basis.
- Oversee the sales team's target and handle any issues pertaining to team members reaching close to their target figures.
- Ensure regular feedback for sales associates.
- Manage escalations and be the bridge with the PM team and Owner sales team.
- Feedback for and from the Property Management Team.
- Measure and manage team performance using leading indicators; (TAT, Visits).

Fixed compensation (depending on interview), incentives on sales revenue
