About the Role

We are looking for a Sales Manager with an outgoing personality who can motivate others to meet sales goals in a sales environment and drive required target figures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coaching
  1. Assist team members to reach their full sales potential as a main objective. Ability to support and motivate sales agents, ensuring success within their deals.
  2. Revisit targets on a weekly, fortnightly, and monthly basis, and figure out challenges and mitigate them to ensure we hit the target.
  3. Ensure sales associates' motivation and performance.
Salesmanship
  1. Train sales personnel to build rapport, ensure client trust, and make sales on a regular basis.
Team Management
  1. Oversee the sales team's target and handle any issues pertaining to team members reaching close to their target figures.
  2. Ensure regular feedback for sales associates.
  3. Manage escalations and be the bridge with the PM team and Owner sales team.
  4. Feedback for and from the Property Management Team.
  5. Measure and manage team performance using leading indicators; (TAT, Visits).

Compensation

Fixed compensation (depending on interview), incentives on sales revenue

Candidates from other locations not preferred. 1st preference to candidates from a real estate background. Candidates must hold experience in handling a team of sales folks.
