Strategic Sales Team Manager

Ujjivan Small Finance Bank is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Sales Team Manager to lead our Outbound Phone Banking team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and team management.
As a Strategic Sales Team Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of 15-20 Officers and Senior Officers in the Outbound Customer Service department. Your primary goal will be to generate sales leads through targeted campaigns, increase conversion rates across various products, and assist internal verticals in understanding sales opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets
- Increase lead conversion from cross-selling efforts
- Design and implement new campaigns to drive sales growth
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members
- Maintain accurate records and reports to track team performance
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or customer service management
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and leading high-performing teams
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions
