IT Sales Strategic Development Lead

At Arcolab, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Sales Strategic Development Lead to join our team. This key role will play a crucial part in driving the sales strategy for our life science services and products.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a strong background in IT sales and business development. The successful candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and a proven track record of delivering high-quality results.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans for IT sales and business growth, ensuring alignment with corporate revenue goals.
- Identify new business opportunities, focusing on upselling and cross-selling with existing customers.
- Collaborate with technology partners to drive joint go-to-market initiatives and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to create high-quality, commercially competitive proposals.
- Investigate existing products and services, comparing them to competitors and suggesting improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and brand building.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree/MBA or equivalent experience in IT sales and business development.
- 8-12 years of relevant work experience in IT sales, preferably in the life science industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools.
- Experience working with stakeholders across various levels of an organization.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
