As a Dell Inside Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our Inside Sales Team. This role involves working closely with the sales team to provide advice and guidance on product features, configurations, pricing, and availability.

With a focus on Dell Storage Solutions, you will be required to research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions. You will also be expected to assist in the ongoing technical education and development of the broader team.

The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or inside sales role, with proven sales skills and a focus on results. They will also have a eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio.

We estimate that this role comes with an annual salary of $80,000 - $110,000 depending on your experience and qualifications. Located in Bangalore or Gurgaon, India, you will be part of a dynamic team that values critical thinking and prioritization.

You will work cooperatively with the sales team to help them fulfill and exceed their goals. Your responsibilities will include recommending business solutions, products, and services based on client needs. You will also establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts.

We are looking for someone with good oral and written communication skills, who can communicate effectively with potential customers via phone. Prior knowledge of Storage fundamentals would be an advantage, but not essential. We encourage applicants with a leaning attitude and aptitude towards Storage, Servers Datacenter solutions domain.
