Job Summary:
We are looking for a talented Technical Solutions Advisor to join our team at Dell Technologies. As a Technical Solutions Advisor, you will be responsible for providing technical advice and support to our sales team, helping them to deliver technical solutions to our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical advice and support to the sales team, helping them to understand customer needs and deliver tailored solutions.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of Dell Technologies' products and services, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and innovations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring that they are aligned with customer needs and business objectives.
- Contribute to the development of new business opportunities, identifying potential customers and developing proposals to secure new business.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing or inside sales role, with a strong background in technical sales or account management.
- Proven track record of success in sales, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
