Prospecting and Sales Specialist

We're looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Prospecting and Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging new business opportunities, developing strong relationships with clients, and delivering exceptional service and support.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in lead generation and inside sales, with a strong understanding of the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse levels of management.
Responsibilities will include:
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through market research, cold calling, and digital platforms.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients to understand their business and insurance needs.
- Providing clients with detailed information about various insurance products, including property, liability, health, and life insurance.
- Driving sales by effectively communicating value propositions, negotiating terms, and closing leads.
- Working closely with the external sales and account management teams to align strategies and meet sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate documentation of client interactions, proposals, and policies, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
Requirements include:
- 1-3 years of experience in lead generation/ inside sales, preferably in the General Insurance or Insurance broking industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good Analytical skills.
- Knowledge of Insurance Brokers Regulations and Insurance Products.
- Good working knowledge of MS-Office applications, Word, PPT, Excel etc.
Estimated Salary: ₹500,000 - ₹800,000 per annum
