About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Inside Sales Specialist to join our team at Dell Technologies. As an Inside Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for delivering technical solutions to our customers, addressing their varying needs and working cooperatively with the sales team to help them fulfill and exceed their goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Be a technical advisor to the sales team and work collaboratively to provide business solutions, products, and services based on customer needs.
  • Research market factors to anticipate customer needs and propose technical solutions.
  • Assist in ongoing technical education and development of the broader team.
  • Establish relationships with customers and eventually manage your own accounts.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing or inside sales role with proven sales skills.
  • Focus on results and eagerness to learn and become a specialist in a defined area of the Dell Technologies portfolio.
  • Critical thinking and the ability to prioritize.
