Strategic Sales Leadership Position

We are seeking an experienced ERP Regional Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in Bangalore. This is a strategic leadership role that requires a strong understanding of the IT software services industry and a proven track record of driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conceive and execute winning sales strategies to grow our end-to-end ERP-IT software services business in the region.
- Build and maintain relationships with key accounts, identifying new opportunities and expanding existing ones.
- Lead a team of sales professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and coaching to ensure they meet their targets.
- Develop and execute sales plans, forecasts, and budgets to achieve business objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in sales and business development in the IT software services industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a high-performing team.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Bachelor's degree or MBA, preferably with a focus on business or a related field.
