Sales Director Position
At Arting Digital Private Limited, we seek an experienced Sales Director to lead our B2B software solutions team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a software sales environment.
Sales Strategy and Execution
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's business goals and revenue targets.
- Identify and explore new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships to drive expansion and growth.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to create go-to-market strategies for new product launches and drive customer engagement.
Team Leadership and Development
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to foster growth and accountability.
Revenue Growth and Forecasting
- Own the overall revenue target and ensure consistent achievement or over-achievement of sales quotas.
- Accurately forecast sales performance, pipeline development, and revenue, providing regular reports and insights to the sales head and senior management.
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, ensuring satisfaction and loyalty through regular engagement, solution consultation, and problem resolution.
- Act as an escalation point for high-value clients or complex negotiations to ensure customer success and satisfaction.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in software sales, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or director-level role.
