Job Description:
We seek a results-driven Senior Sales Professional to spearhead growth in the North American SMB market. As a key member of our team, you will proactively identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and demonstrate how Qodex can solve unique software testing challenges.
Your success will be measured by consistently generating qualified leads, closing high-velocity deals, and exceeding sales quotas.
Responsibilities:
- Prospect and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, emailing, and social selling activities
- Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospective clients' software testing requirements and challenges
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
- Work closely with the CEO to build a strong pipeline and hit revenue and logo goals
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software
Requirements:
- Proven 3-6 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as an Account Executive or similar role
- Previous experience selling in the North America region
- Successful track record of winning high-velocity transactional deals in North America
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Proficient with Hubspot, Sales Navigator, email outreach, and call outreach tools
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
Compensation Package: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
