Job Description:

We seek a results-driven Senior Sales Professional to spearhead growth in the North American SMB market. As a key member of our team, you will proactively identify new business opportunities, build relationships with decision-makers, and demonstrate how Qodex can solve unique software testing challenges.

Your success will be measured by consistently generating qualified leads, closing high-velocity deals, and exceeding sales quotas.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect and qualify leads through strategic cold calling, emailing, and social selling activities
  • Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand prospective clients' software testing requirements and challenges
  • Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to achieve revenue targets and exceed sales quotas
  • Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities by effectively managing the sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
  • Work closely with the CEO to build a strong pipeline and hit revenue and logo goals
  • Deliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to maximize profitability
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and market developments to identify new growth opportunities
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline management using CRM software

Requirements:

  • Proven 3-6 years of sales experience in the SaaS industry, preferably as an Account Executive or similar role
  • Previous experience selling in the North America region
  • Successful track record of winning high-velocity transactional deals in North America
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Proficient with Hubspot, Sales Navigator, email outreach, and call outreach tools
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent

Compensation Package: $90,000 - $130,000 per year
