We are a rapidly growing SaaS company transforming how organizations manage travel with AI-powered solutions. We are looking for a highly skilled Sales Growth Professional to join our dynamic team.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and qualifying potential leads through various channels, outreach, email marketing, and attending industry events. They will work closely with the sales team to ensure that qualified leads are passed along for further engagement, ultimately driving the growth of the business.

The estimated salary for this position is around **₹35-50 lakhs per annum**, depending on experience and qualifications.

Responsibilities:
  1. Lead Generation via Cold Calling and Outreach: Proactively generate qualified leads through cold calling and outreach using Sales Navigator and other relevant platforms.
  2. Identify and Strategize Lead Sources: Research and identify new sources for generating leads and implement strategies to find qualified prospects.
  3. Email Marketing & Follow-up: Send targeted marketing emails, follow-up emails, and ensure proper lead nurturing.
  4. Attend Exhibitions and Tradeshows: Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and tradeshows to generate new leads and expand the company's network.
