Digital Audio Sales Strategist

Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Digital Audio Sales Strategist to join our team at ANSATA - Professional Audio in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the AV industry.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the digital audio industry.
Main Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
- Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Tech Requirements and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in the AV industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges.
Compensation and Benefits:
We offer a competitive salary of ₹800000 per annum, based on market standards and location. Travel Requirements:
This role involves more than 50% travel, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs and expand our presence in the region.
