Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Digital Audio Sales Strategist to join our team at ANSATA - Professional Audio in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth and revenue expansion in the AV industry.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, maintaining strong relationships with existing clients, and achieving sales targets. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a deep understanding of the digital audio industry.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Business Development:
  2. Pursue new business opportunities through cold calling, networking events, and industry research.
  3. Maintain and grow existing client relationships through regular communication and tailored solutions.
  4. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.

Tech Requirements and Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, sales, or a related field.
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in the AV industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to proactively address challenges.

Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of ₹800000 per annum, based on market standards and location. The role also comes with health insurance and other benefits.

Travel Requirements:

This role involves more than 50% travel, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet client needs and expand our presence in the region.
