About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Sales Growth Representative to help expand our customer base and drive business growth at OneXtel.

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year

Job Description

As a Sales Growth Representative, you will be responsible for generating leads, nurturing relationships with prospective clients, and closing deals over the phone, email, and other digital communication channels.

The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience in inside sales or business development, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and KPIs. They will possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong cold-calling, email outreach, and presentation skills, as well as experience with CRM software.

Key responsibilities include lead generation through outbound calling, emailing, and social media, sales outreach to introduce OneXtel's products and services, sales pipeline management using CRM software, product knowledge development, client engagement and nurturing, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and sales target achievement and reporting.
