Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and target-driven Sales Representative to join our team at R R Enterprises. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, driving sales, and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 3 years of experience in sales, including a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Responsibilities and Requirements
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales
- Develop a deep understanding of our company's products
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and expand our customer base
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the growth of the company
- Provide excellent customer service and address client inquiries and concerns
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
Qualifications
- 1 to 3 years of experience in sales
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
