We are seeking a driven and engaging sales representative to enhance our revenue by reaching out to current and potential clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for obtaining lists of individuals' information and sourcing data for additional members of the target audience.

To succeed in this role, you should be able to effectively communicate with even the most skeptical individuals to persuade them to purchase our offerings. A successful sales representative will also utilize clients' feedback to improve our services.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide Product Information: Share details about our products and services with customers;
  • Complete Call Logs and Reports: Accurately document all interactions with clients;
  • Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management;
  • Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries and resolve any issues that may arise;
  • Issue Escalation: Identify and escalate critical issues to supervisors;
  • Research and Documentation: Gather required information using available resources and document all call information according to standard operating procedures;
  • Customer Feedback: Escalate customer feedback as needed;
