FMCG Sales Representative

Ninjacart is a pioneering agritech company that empowers farmers and other players in the ecosystem with tech-first solutions.
As a FMCG Sales Representative, you will engage customers within supermarkets to promote our brands and products, ensuring proper placement and visibility of our products within the supermarket. You will also monitor stock levels and coordinate with store managers for replenishment, addressing any customer inquiries or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
We are looking for a resilient, smart, and ambitious individual who has experience in in-store sales, preferably within the FMCG industry. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and persuade customers effectively are essential. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and excellent communication and presentation skills are also required.
Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, and fluency in English and Kannada are must-haves. As a FMCG Sales Representative at Ninjacart, you will be part of a highly motivated and results-driven community who focus on proactive approaches to problem solving. We cherish entrepreneurial spirit and provide significant operating autonomy to senior leaders.
