About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Technical Sales Representative to join our team in Bangalore. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving innovation and growth by leveraging your technical expertise to develop design-wins with our customers.

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Territory sales experience with technical design in cycle;
  • Prior or existing experience calling on technology/micro-electronic and manufacturing customers at various levels;
  • Strong established organizational systems and appointment setting practices that promote customer satisfaction;
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills for both internal and external customer base;
  • Possess strong innate self-drive in an autonomous environment to exceed sales objectives within the territory;
  • Passion for technology and B2B sales across a broad territory;
  • Exceptional follow-up skills to provide timely support to our direct customers and distributors in India;
Key Responsibilities

You will be expected to:

  • Keep abreast of the latest technological developments and product applications within the industry;
  • Report back to assist our product development teams;
  • Provide technical and application support to our direct customers and distributors in India;
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • 5+ years of OEM sales experience in a technical industry;
  • Component sales experience in a technical industry;
  • Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills for both internal and external customer base;
  • Exceptional follow-up skills;
  • Residency in Bangalore only.
Estimated Salary: ₹8,50,000 - ₹12,00,000 per annum
