Sales and Engineering Representative

Job Summary
Molex is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales and Engineering Representative to join our team. As a Sales and Engineering Representative, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth and establish Molex as a leading supplier in the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and maximize Molex's market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and decision-makers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop solutions to meet customer needs.
- Provide technical support and training to customers to ensure successful product implementation and adoption.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales performance, and market trends.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales and technical roles, preferably in the electronics industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities and develop solutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
