Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Enterprise Sales Professional to join our team at Onex Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying and approaching potential clients in each sector, building strong relationships with them, and driving sales growth.

About You:

  • You have 3-6 years of experience in sales, preferably in media, service industries, or similar sectors.
  • You possess excellent communication skills in English and Hindi, as well as regional language proficiency.
  • You have a willingness to travel and meet clients at their sites.
  • You are an entrepreneur-minded individual who can think creatively and come up with innovative solutions.
  • You have experience in direct field sales, enterprise/B2B sales, and bulk SMS/email/voice calls (if applicable).

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and approach potential clients in each sector.
  • Visit clients, conduct presentations, cross-sell, and demonstrate product explanations.
  • Utilize cold calling, fixing appointments, lead generation, follow-up clients, and data collection skills.
  • Generate accurate and timely daily/weekly leads.
