About Printo: As India's largest chain for Printing, Gifting, and Merchandising with 30+ stores across major cities and a growing online presence, we aim to scale rapidly to achieve ₹1000 crore revenue and prepare for an IPO by 2025. We're seeking a passionate, data-driven Growth Marketing Professional who will drive acquisitions, engagement and retention of SMB businesses for Printo.
Role Overview: The successful candidate will develop and execute strategies for SMB user acquisition, retention and engagement across offline and online channels, optimize CAC and drive consistent improvements in lead-to-conversion metrics by driving changes on ground at the stores and centre, build scalable performance marketing channels, including search, social media, telemarketing and email/whatsapp outreach, implement and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows to maximize customer LTV, leverage analytics to track performance, run A/B tests, and make data-driven decisions, collaborate with B2B partners to expand reach.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute growth strategies to acquire, retain, and engage SMB customers
- Optimize Cost per Acquisition (CAC) and enhance lead-to-conversion metrics by implementing changes at store and centre levels
- Establish and scale performance marketing channels, encompassing search, social media, telemarketing, and email/whatsapp outreach
- Implement and optimize lifecycle marketing workflows to maximize customer lifetime value (LTV)
- Utilize analytics to monitor performance, conduct A/B testing, and make data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with B2B partners to increase reach and impact
Requirements: The ideal candidate should possess 3-6 years of experience in Marketing/Sales Operations, with 2+ years dedicated to growth marketing, and hold an MBA degree or equivalent. Relevant skills include experience with customer engagement platforms like MoEngage or Clevertap, analytics tools like Zoho, Leadsquared, analytical mindset, proficient in data analysis and ROI-driven marketing strategies, leadership skills such as self-starting, ownership mentality, and strong problem-solving abilities. Prior experience in B2B SaaS or SMB-focused organisations is preferred, particularly those who have worked in high-growth environments.
