**Job Description**
The ideal candidate for this full-time position will be adept at developing sales strategies and maintaining customer relationships to drive business growth.
This role requires excellent negotiation skills to ensure win-win outcomes and strong customer relationship management capabilities to foster long-term partnerships.
We require a thorough understanding of product knowledge relevant to the hospitality industry, as well as proficiency in sales management techniques to track and optimize sales performance.
The selected candidate will be expected to work collaboratively within a team as well as independently, with a self-motivated approach to achieve results.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
- Identify new sales opportunities and penetrate existing markets.
- Conduct market research to understand competitive landscape and customer needs.
- Present and demonstrate our hotel's services to potential clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
**Compensation Package**
The estimated annual salary for this position is ₹1,500,000 - ₹2,500,000, depending on qualifications and experience.
