Key responsibilities include:
- Actively seeking out new sales opportunities through phone calls, networking, and social media platforms.
- Providing buyers with detailed information about properties that match their requirements, including price, size, location, and arranging property viewings.
- Participating in exhibitions and conferences on behalf of the company to promote our services.
- Negotiating and closing deals, as well as handling customer complaints and objections.
- Accompanying customers on site visits and showcasing properties to them.
- Collaborating with team members to achieve better results and meeting sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of the development and advantages of investing in North Bangalore and excellent communication skills in English and Kannada.
