Job Overview:
This role involves driving revenue growth and expanding our client base by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating key relationships, and crafting compelling proposals that showcase our capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clients Acquisition: Identify, approach, and acquire new clients by promoting Fudd's suite of services, including branding, design, and digital solutions.
- Market Analysis: Analyze industry trends, competitor strategies, and market demands to identify growth opportunities and stay ahead of the curve.
- Sales Strategy Development: Develop and execute strategic sales plans, customized pitches, and presentations that align with client needs and demonstrate Fudd's unique value proposition.
- Relationship Building: Establish and maintain relationships with decision-makers, ensuring client satisfaction, and exploring upselling opportunities.
- Collaborative Proposal Development: Work closely with the creative and account teams to shape proposals that meet client objectives and showcase Fudd's creative potential.
- Networking: Attend industry events, forums, and workshops to network and represent Fudd, fostering connections within the creative industry.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management in a creative agency or digital marketing environment.
- A strong understanding of branding, digital marketing, and creative principles.
- The ability to close deals, meet targets, and manage multiple projects.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- A self-starter with a proactive approach and a passion for the creative industry.
