Senior Sales Professional - Luxury Properties:

NoBroker is seeking an experienced Senior Sales Professional to join our Luxury Sales Team in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships, and driving sales growth in the luxury property segment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads through various channels, including online platforms, referrals, networking events, partnerships, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients through regular follow-ups
  • Collaborate with internal teams, such as Presales, BD, Marketing, CRM, and Legal, to achieve sales objectives
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends, luxury property developments, and competitor activity

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales or a related field
  • Comprehensive knowledge of the real estate industry, including market trends, financial closure, basic legal requirements, etc.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive and driven to achieve sales targets, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Multitasking and comfortable using CRM systems, Excel, Google Office, and other tools to manage leads and activities
  • Represent the company in a professional manner, exhibiting integrity and ethical conduct in all interactions

Salary: ₹20 lakhs - ₹30 lakhs per annum
