Senior Sales Professional for Automation Solutions

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Senior Sales Professional to join our team at Ellsworth Adhesives India Pvt. Ltd. as part of our sales division.
This role will be responsible for driving sales growth and revenue generation in the automation solutions segment.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of automation technologies and the ability to communicate complex technical information to customers.
About the Role
The Senior Sales Professional will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing existing relationships with key clients, and driving sales growth through effective account management and strategic planning.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share in the automation solutions segment.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Provide expert-level advice on automation solutions and products to customers, leveraging technical knowledge and industry expertise.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, product development, and customer support teams, to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, such as partnerships, joint ventures, or strategic alliances.
Requirements & Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A minimum of 7-8 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in automation solutions.
- Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and expanding market share in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- A deep understanding of automation technologies and industries, including mechanical and electronics sectors.
- A proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electronics Engineering or a related field.
Compensation and Benefits
We offer a competitive salary range of ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications.
