Job Description
The Senior Sales and Marketing Professional will be responsible for driving sales growth and expansion in the residential flats market. This includes developing and implementing effective sales strategies, identifying new business opportunities, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Good experience in residential flats sales
- Excellent knowledge of RERA norms
- Strong convincing skills
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to travel as required
- Proven track record of handling and convincing customers
- Able to handle escalations independently
- Good knowledge of residential flats
